I AM provides training and consultation services to child and youth serving organizations working with marginalized, oppressed and vulnerable populations. Our work is designed from a multi-racial, multi-cultural, multi-gendered lens infused with lived experience to provide services with the right amount of real and balanced with the right amount of professional knowledge and expertise. Areas of specialization include anti-trafficking programming,anti-racist and anti-oppression practice, working with at risk youth, building meaningful and effective engagement skills, increasing clinical efficacy and developing a healthy workforce able to meet the demands practitioners and educators often face.
